    These median numbers don’t tell me nuthin! The TIC factor messes it all up. Lumping TICs and condos together never works. Even when searching for clients. With what you have posted, the only thing worth noting (IMO) is the volume. Painful Feb, that’s for sure.

    personally, i don’t like the median either and i prefer the average, which i think i’ll start including next month. but, based on your suggestion, perhaps i will run three different reports… single family, condo/loft and than TICs
