We’ve had questions regarding the asking price listed in our chart and the asking price shown on the property detail link we use. Often times, the price on the property detail page is different than the one we list as the “asking price”. In an effort to be as transparent as possible about the data we’re servin’, we use the original asking price in our report, not the most recent asking price (we’ve done this since day one, so all you “plugged-in” readers, fear not, this is the real deal). The asking price on the property detail page usually reflects the most recent asking price, not the original asking price. So, to get a real sense of the differential between asking/original price and the selling price, you should sign-up for Seductively Sold if you have not already.
