Inventory is climbing because homes are sitting on the shelf for a much longer time period.  There were very few transactions across the board versus previous weeks of this year.  Also, compared to the same time period in 2008 you will see that last week was extremely slow!

2008 for the same time period:

  • 25 single family home sales with a median price of $785K
  • 23 condo/loft/tics sold with a median price of $698K
  • 5 2-4 unit buildings sold with a median price of $1.2m
