I wasn’t in SF in ‘03. What was the market like? It was relatively flat on the peninsula.

hhmmm… market in 2003, would anybody else like to chime in?
i’d say it was on the up and up. i feel like that is when the dot com bubble was mostly deflated, taking a deep breath and re inflating to become the real estate bubble.
