931 Elizabeth- The discount is needed so you can redo the bathrooms/stair railing etc. etc. once you move in. Really sloppy/cheap rennovation. The only place they spent any money was the kitchen.

I ran through 931 Elizabeth one more time. This place should be nominated for an award for worst renovation with a (one time) two million+ dollar price tag. Walk in and notice that the crown molding is not even with the floor boards, look up and see how the bucket lighting was installed in a wavy, haphazard line. sloppy tile work in the bathrooms. And the floors- are those PERGO? Or just hardwood that looks like laminate… either way, terrible choice. And my favorite- they apparently borrowed the outdoor metal stair railing from my grandma’s trailer home in west virginia for the grand indoor staircase railing. But wait, the kitchen looks nice! C’mon, even for 1.85 million these finishes and quality of construction are subpar.
