Oh man… at first, this video serves as an informative piece as to why McGuire Real Estate and Urban Bay Properties decided to merge. They tout the fact that the two companies compliment each other by providing a young, hipper edge to the North of Market part of town so that the combined force can achieve world market domination. Then comes minute 2:03 in the video when COO Tom Brown and CEO Charles Moore decide to “rap” to show how “hip” they are.
In all fairness, Charles Moore and Tom Brown are two nice guys that have personally commented on our breaking news of the merger, so this post only serves as a means to poke a little fun, no harm intended.
