We have teamed up with local architects and a home appraiser to chat about ways in which you can add value to your home. Join us on Saturday for a free event to hear what the experts have to say. Eric Dumican & Matthew Mosey of Dumican Mosey Architects and Brian Monty a local appraiser will lead the discussions and Q&A. There will be other experts on hand as well (real estate agents and a mortgage broker), all providing insight on the valuation of homes.

The event is free and very casual. There will be a discussion about the design and construction process, city approval process (planning/zoning ordinances & building permits), balancing the schedule, budget and aesthetics in home renovation projects. The local appraiser will talk about how these new additions will make your home worth more money. The real estate professionals and mortgage broker will be there to answer any sales or borrowing questions.

Come with your questions and be prepared for a fun, light-hearted chat with some folks with a lot of experience.
