The home recently closed escrow (6/6/08–sorry for the delay) for $18,000,000 after sitting on the market for 180 days. The listing agents were also the selling agents.

Both sides of the deal?!? WOW! These agents will likely pay more in taxes from this one sale - than most people make over 2-3 years. My heart really goes out to them…
