How is it possible to sell this house at 280K, 80K below its asking. Not to mention it is below the market price around the Bayview area with similar size house.
Any thoughts? This sale seems a bit odd.

i agree, it’s a bit odd. according to the MLS, there is no mention of a short/bank sale or foreclosure. the selling price seems very low to me and i’m just not sure what happened there.
