In November I commented on 175 Bluxome St - a building that in my opinion needed to set some standards with regards to selling their units. An update:
5 Active Units -
2 of those active units are in the MLS, #108 and # 114.
To the blind eye they both appear to be relatively new listings, but that’s far from the truth.
#114 has been on and off the MLS twice this year (“expired” and re-listed so it pops up as “new”) and has been pocket listed and marketed on Craigslist for the past 5 months.
The other 3 active units:
#204, #133, #215 have all been active since November (pocket listed….don’t get me started!) and marketed on Craigslist and the Realtor website.
Prices:
#108 - 1 bed / 1 bath - $588,000
#111 - 2 bed / 1 bath - $613,888 - Pending
#114 - 2 bed / 2 bath - $669,000
#133 - 1 bed / 1.5bath -$619,000
#204 - 2 bed / 2 bath - $699,000
#215 - 2 bed /and 2 bath - $729,000
Same Realtor for all the active listings.
4 of them have been active since Thanksgiving.
Definitely makes me go hmmm and to keep with the bad 90’s music theme, I’d say, “How Bizarre”
