Introducing the DogBlog!
Many of us have had a lifetime of enjoyment with pets, and I’m not sure that there’s a more loving and loyal friend than a dog. Does your significant other jump up and down and wiggle their butt when you get home?!?
Here’s a few sites for your SF dog needs:
For Urban Hounds – Next to Dogster, this may be the best networking & resources site for your K-9 companion. Here’s a list of dog parks in the city… http://sf.urbanhound.com/houndPlay/dogRuns.asp

You’ve heard the saying, “A million dollar view.” – how bout a 4 million dollar view.
Here are two choices:
- 100 Palo Alto Ave - Situated on the top of Twin Peaks, 4 beds and 4.5 baths, 4800 square feet and views of 5 counties. (Listed by Herth Real Estate – photo courtesy of Bernard Katzman)
- 115 Telegraph Hill Blvd – Situated just under Coit Tower, 1 bed and 1.5 bath cottage on a 7500 sqft lot of land - enough room to build a dream house or multi unit building – this assuming you can get the North Beach Neighborhood Association on board.
Listed by Sotheby’s International Realty – photo courtesy of the Louis Silcox

Greetings – Our editor in chief is on vacation so I’m running the show for a few weeks. Imagine – a So-Cal guy leaving his prize possession to a Jersey boy. Thought we could all have some fun and post our Bay Area favorites – We’ll get 5 of these up while G is in South America – when he gets back he can revisit his love of all things Bay Area.
Today’s Topic – Restaurant.
The Bay Area is home to some of the best eats and drinks in the world. With that in mind – I ask the Schtuff crew this:
What’s the Best Restaurant in the Bay Area and WHY – Be Descriptive! Read the rest of this entry »

Ggold is taking (talking about oneself in the third person is so fun) a much needed break from real estate, blogging and San Francisco. In his absence (there’s that 3rd person again), Coach A will be in charge. You may notice some changes in content, look and feel–some things you’ll like some things you won’t; be nice to the Schtuffers, speak up and participate. G-double-trouble will be seeing ya’ll in mid-April.
Be good.
