373 Franconia has giant views and consists of a TON of house (2426 sq. ft. of house). The home has been on the market for 9 days and according to the agent, they have already accepted an offer. The house feels like it goes on for ever and while walking through it, we found a couple of large rooms that were nothing but raw space. What would you turn the rooms into? Half-court basketball court? Mini-roller rink? Plush home-theater? Extra bedrooms? Wine storage? S&M room? Shooting range?
c’mon, don’t be shy….

I would put in a stage and stripper pole and make it an after hours loft with music and dancing. sounds fun!

I think the most practical use would be to fill it with colorful plastic balls and install a diving board!

I walked out and told Garrett, “Best House Ever!” and here’s why:
The lowest room — where you can see me practicing my foul shot will be converted into an indoor hoops court. There’s an area you can’t see on that level located to the right of the pix - that is where I will install that golf game where you hit the ball into the screen.
Up to the “roller rink” room. This will be converted into an exact replication of Infineon Raceway. My son is a giant fan of CARS and Lighting McQeen — so I’m going to dial this room up and then buy 30 RC cars built to look like all the NASCAR cars - or vrooooms as Cooper likes to say. An indoor RC NASCAR race track — ARE YOU KIDDING ME. (Sure it’s for my son!)
BEST HOUSE EVER!
