i’m assuming you are asking about the hole on 7th street. it’s tough to say right now as i have not heard too much chatter, nor have i gone to research the permit number (not yet at least). i’m certainly interested in gathering and sharing more information as the development will have a significant impact on the area. gut feeling–it’s going to be an improvement over the massive, poorly constructed, river-side looking steel mill type of thing that was previously there.
we’ll be sure to post more information once we get it.

I know the old warehouse on 7th st is a piece of crap. But it stand tall and sliently cast an atmosphere of the old days. I’ll miss it.
You’ll find the new architecture at http://www.dbarchitect.com/work/ontheboards/www-20109/20109-1.htm. David Baker designs some of the best housing complex and I have high hope on this one.
By the way the first comment appears to be a more sophisticate piece of spam (half make sense, half spam). You should just delete it.
